BADRINATH, JAGANNATH PURI, DWARIKA & RAMESHWARAM

DAY 1: DELHI - HARIDWAR (230 KMS/6HRS)
On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be met & assisted by our representative. Proceed to first chardham yatra tour place Haridwar by car, enroute have your lunch. Arrive Haridwar and check-in to your hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in the evening. Dinner & overnight at the hotel.

DAY 2: HARIDWAR - JOSHIMATH (276KMS/8HRS)
In the morning, drive straight to other chardham yatra tour places Joshimath, enroute visit Deoprayag, Rudraprayag & Karnprayag. On arrival in Joshimath, check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

DAY 3: JOSHIMATH - BADRINATH (44KMS/3HR)
In the morning, visit Narsingh Temple & Shankracharaya Math. Later drive to Badrinath, check-in to your hotel. Visit Badrinath Temple for evening Aarti. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

DAY 4: BADRINATH - RUDRAPRAYAG (165KMS/6HRS)
Early morning, pilgrims after taking a dip in the Taptkund can go for darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakamal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots of Chardham yatra tour like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River, just within three kms of Badrinathjee. Later drive back to Rudraprayag. Check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

DAY 5: RUDRAPRAYAG - HARIDWAR (160KMS/5HRS)
Drive to Haridwar, enroute visit Rishikesh. You can go for local sightseeing (Ram Jhulla, Laxman Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Parmarth Niketan, Shivananda Ashram & Gita Kutir). Arrive Haridwar and transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

DAY 6: HARIDWAR - DELHI (230KMS/6HRS) - BHUBANESHWAR (BY FLIGHT)
In the morning, drive back to Delhi. Proceed to the airport to connect to your flight for Bhubaneshwar. Overnight stay in Bhubaneshwar.

DAY 7: BHUBANESHWAR - PURI (65 KM BY SURFACE)
Situated on the eastern coast of Orissa , Puri is a splendid beach resort with golden sunshine, miles of yellow sand, blue waves and white surf. Sit under an umbrella, sip coconut water, swim in the shallow sea or surf ride the huge waves or check out the fishing village of the Nolia community.

The Temple of Lord Jagannath, built during the 12th century A.D. by Chodaganga Deva dominates the landscape for kilometers around. Being the tallest temple (65 metres) in Orissa, it is one of the most magnificent pieces of monuments of India. In front of the main gate stands a 16 sided monolithic pillar (11 metres high), called Aruna Stambha which formally stood in front of the Sun Temple and was brought to Puri during the 18th century A.D. Some of the other important temples are Gundicha, Lokanath, Sunaragauranga, Daria Mahabir and Tota Gopinatt. There are also a number of holy tanks like Narendra, Markandeya, Sweta Ganga and Indradyumna. There are many monasteries locally known as Mathas also of tourist interest. DAY 8: PURI - KONARK - BHUBANESHWAR
After breakfast, you will be taken for half day sightseeing tour of some famous temples. Post lunch depart to Bhubaneshwar, enroute visit very old & famous Sun Temple at Konark.

King Narasimha Deva is one of the grandest temples of India and was referred to as the Black Pagoda. The ruins of this temple were excavated in late 19th century. The tower over the Garbagriha is missing, however the Jagmohana is intact, and even in this state, it is awe inspiring. Overnight stay in Bhubaneshwar.

DAY 9: BHUBANESHWAR - MUMBAI (BY FLIGHT)
After breakfast, depart to the airport to take your flight to Mumbai. On arrival check-in to the hotel. In the evening, visit Juhu & Chaupati beaches. Overnight stay in Mumbai.

DAY 10: MUMBAI - JAMNAGAR - DWARIKA (148 KMS)
After breakfast, proceed to the airport to take your flight to Jamnagar, the nearest airport to Dwarika. Arrive Jamnagar & proceed to Dwarika by road. On arrival, check-in to the hotel.

The sacred town of Dwarika, one of the main centers of the Krishna legend, 145 kms from Jamnagar, sits on the western most tip of the Gujarat peninsula, a sentinel over looking the Arabian Sea. Overnight stay in Dwarika.

DAY 11: DWARIKA
After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing covering Dwarkadish Temple, Bhadkeshwar Temple, Rukmani Temple, Sunset Point, Shri Jagatguru Shankaracharya Math, Ved Havan, Light House, Shardapith Math Museum. Overnight stay in Dwarika.

DAY 12: DWARIKA - JAMNAGAR - MADURAI (FLIGHT) - RAMESHWARAM
After breakfast fly to Madurai, the nearest airport from Rameshwaram. On arrival drive to Rameshwaram - an island situated in the Gulf of Manner at the very tip of the Indian peninsula. A very important pilgrim centre of the Indians. Rameshwaram is the place from where Lord Rama, built a bridge across the sea to rescue his consort Sita, from her abductor, Ravana. This is also the place where Rama worshipped Lord Shiva to cleanse away the sin of killing Ravana. Both the Vaishnavites and Shaivites visit this pilgrimage which is known as the Varanasi of the south. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

DAY 13: RAMESHWARAM
Day free to explore all ancient temples. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

DAY 14: RAMESHWARAM - MADURAI
After breakfast, check out from your hotel & proceed to Madurai by road. Visit the great Meenakshi Temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering Gopurams (rising high above the surrounding country side). Later visit the Tirumala Nayak Palace - a gracious building in the Indo Sarcenic style, famous for the stuccowork on its domes and arches. Madurai was an important cultural and commercial centre even as early as 550 AD. It was the capital city for the great Pandya kings. Overnight stay in Madurai.

DAY 15: MADURAI - DELHI (FLIGHT)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight to Delhi.
